Is an expert in medication treatment, cost savings and how they both relate to hospital, physician, patient, and home care practice settings. Dr. Roffe' received his B.S. in Chemistry from Pace University in New York and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Columbia University. He was granted a Master of Science Degree in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Maryland and was inducted into the Rho Chi pharmacy honor society in 1978. He completed an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Roffe' has published many articles in national pharmaceutical journals in the area of cost containment and quality assurance. He has over 10 years of experience as a General Manager directing branches and regions for several national home infusion therapy companies (such as Caremark and HNS). Dr. Roffe' spent several years as an Assistant Director of Pharmacy at the Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center (the inner city trauma and the tertiary referral center for the City of Detroit) and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Hospital Pharmacy at Wayne State University. While there, he directed several graduate school projects in the area of cost savings and quality assurance. Prior to founding the H.H.C. Group, he was Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations for About Health, Inc., a national medical cost containment company located outside of Washington, D.C.. Dr. Roffe is a Independent Licensed Accident and Health Insurance Adjustor in the states of Florida, New York, North Carolina and Oregon. He is also a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Maryland.
