Bruce D. Roffe, P.D., M.S., H.I.A. President & CEO

Dr. Bruce D. Roffe is President and CEO of HHC Group, and a licensed Pharmacist. He founded H.H.C. Group in 1995, and has grown it into one of the nation's top healthcare cost-containment companies. Today, Dr. Roffe leads the company's growth and expansion into new markets with innovative services to meet the changing needs of HHC's clients. Previously, he was Assistant Director of Hospital Pharmacy at Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center and served in a role as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Hospital Pharmacy at Wayne State University, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Detroit, Michigan. He received a B.S. in Chemistry from Pace University, a B.S. in Pharmacy from Columbia University, an ASHP Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Resident Certificate from Johns Hopkins Hospital. He earned a M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.


Roberta A. Fineroff Roffe, B.A., M.S., CPC Vice President of Operations

Roberta is the vice president of operations at HHC Group and a 20-year veteran at the company. She has far-reaching experience in commercial healthcare credit and collections, including time spent at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Roberta is an expert in commercial insurance reimbursement, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. She is also a medical, certified professional coder (CPC).


Theresa Fraley, RN Utilization Review Nurse Supervisor

Theresa manages the Medical Review Program, She brings over 20 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing care to HHC Group. As the Director of Nursing of a 100 bed skilled facility, she coordinated the care, oversaw the utilization review of each resident throughout each resident's stay and managed the department and staff. Additionally, she developed and implemented the Quality Assurance Program and wrote necessary policies and procedures. . Theresa received her RN in 1994 and is a graduate from Montgomery College, Rockville, Maryland.


Roger Hinkson, MD, MPH, MIBS, QME Medical Director

Dr. Roger Hinkson is board-certified in occupational and environmental medicine with prior experience as a California State qualified medical evaluator (QME) and an independent medical examiner (IME) with the California Employment Development Department. He has worked for a large multinational corporation and an HMO. In addition to his position with HHC Group, Dr. Hinkson serves as the Supervising Occupational Employee Health Physician for a large Southern California county.


Dean Vaden Vice President of Sales National Accounts

Dean serves as Vice President of Sales, National Accounts. Dean brings over 20 years of experience in cost containment within organizations in the healthcare and insurance industry. Before joining H.H.C. Group he served as CEO and President of Devon Health Services PPO Network and Consilium Out of Network Claims Solutions. Prior to that Dean was with Coventry/ First Health Division as National Sales Director responsible for the nationwide sales team marketing the First Health PPO network.


Robert Serber Vice President

Bob has extensive experience marketing healthcare products and services, as well as consumer and industrial technology products. He served as director of marketing and a member of the senior management staff of Caremark during its national expansion. He also worked with Diabetes Center Inc., where he was responsible for marketing products and services to managed healthcare plans nationwide. Prior to entering the healthcare field, he worked in marketing management for Procter and Gamble, Clorox, and Coors.


Jeanne Hurley Director of Business Services

Jeanne has over 12 years of experience in small business management. Prior to joining the HHC Group, she was Account Manager and Lead Professional for a major international relocation company in Bridgewater, NJ. Prior to that, she was a Processing Manager for a 53-agent office in Hillsborough, NJ. Among her many responsibilities at the H.H.C. Group, Jeanne oversees the Human Resources Department, Accounts Receivable and Payables. She brings many organizational skills to her position from her previous positions of leadership.


Brenda Canamaso, B.S.B.A Business Office Manager

Brenda spent 21 years in Accounting, Human Resources, and Supply Management positions at global energy and software companies. Brenda joined the HHC Group in 2021 overseeing the company's financial accounts on a day-to-day basis. She is a native of the Philippines, where she attended the University of the East major in Accountancy and is a Board Certified Accountant.


Barbara Davis Intake Supervisor

Barbara supervises the intake, processing and repricing of Medical, Workers Comp, Auto, Dental and Medicare Claims. She brings over 25 years of experience managing the processing and payment of healthcare claims. Immediately prior to joining HHC Group, Barbara spent 5 years as Manager of Claims at a different Maryland company. A Maryland native, Barbara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Communications from Amridge University.


Chico Fernandez Billing Supervisor

Chico has over 39 years of experience in the health care industry, including 20 years in Military Medicine as a Surgical Tech and Administrator. In addition to supervising client billing, he reviews procedure and diagnosis codes on claims for accuracy, and assists our Clinical staff in providing high quality Independent Review reports. Chico was an Instructor for the AAPC Local Chapter where he taught Billing and Coding.
