Dr. Bruce D. Roffe is President and CEO of HHC Group, and a licensed Pharmacist. He founded H.H.C. Group in 1995, and has grown it into one of the nation's top healthcare cost-containment companies. Today, Dr. Roffe leads the company's growth and expansion into new markets with innovative services to meet the changing needs of HHC's clients. Previously, he was Assistant Director of Hospital Pharmacy at Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center and served in a role as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Hospital Pharmacy at Wayne State University, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Detroit, Michigan. He received a B.S. in Chemistry from Pace University, a B.S. in Pharmacy from Columbia University, an ASHP Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Resident Certificate from Johns Hopkins Hospital. He earned a M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
Roberta is the vice president of operations at HHC Group and a 20-year veteran at the company. She has far-reaching experience in commercial healthcare credit and collections, including time spent at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Roberta is an expert in commercial insurance reimbursement, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. She is also a medical, certified professional coder (CPC).
Dr. Roger Hinkson is board-certified in occupational medicine, board-eligible in preventive medicine, a California state qualified medical evaluator (QME), and an independent medical examiner (IME) registered with the California employment development department. In addition to his position with HHC Group, Dr. Hinkson serves as chief physician at a major national entertainment company.
