September 29, 2020 HHC Group announced today that it has developed and is implementing an Personalized Patient Advocacy Program (PPAP) for it Reference Based Pricing clients. The program is designed to provide comprehensive advocacy services to patients who are balance billed by providers. The multifaceted program includes assignment of a personal attorney patient advocate who works to reduce or eliminate the balance bill.

"The HHC Group PPAP is designed to minimize the patient's financial responsibility while increasing their satisfaction with the process.
